Our return policy is limited to 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as gift cards, sale and clearance items. Only return shipping costs are paid for by Audrey Whitmore. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
