How We Handle Shipping
We use the greatest care and consideration when shipping your new dress. We fulfill our purchases from Los Angeles, by hand, within 48 hours of ordering. All orders are sent via USPS with a guaranteed arrival between 5-9 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. We know your time is valuable, that is why it's our goal to get you your new dress as soon as possible.
Expedited Shipping (3 business days)
- Select cities & states only
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday
- Orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST for same day processing
- Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will go out the following business day
How We Handle Returns
Want to return the dress? Easy! Should you not be satisfied with your dress, we provide FREE RETURNS. Merchandise in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your item. Simply fill out this return authorization form on the site to let us know within 30 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with a shipping label for download. Please allow 5-9 business days for processing of all returns. Please do not return your item(s) to the address on the original mailing label as they will not be accepted.
